Our Belted Galloway herd are grass-fed, slow grown and very happy at Castle Farm, producing wonderful, marbled, flavoursome beef with a distinct earthy taste.  We operate a whole animal butchery system, meaning the whole carcass is aged for 21 days, to deepen that distinctive, rich flavour.
